Description:

Casa Jutta is a new, modern and very tastefully decorated bungalow with one bedroom, which means that it can be occupied by up to two persons. Although the bungalow lies in the second row from the ocean, its hillside location gives you a truly beautiful view of the Atlantic from the terrace, which is sheltered from the wind.

The friendly and bright living room is furnished with a leather sofa set and with simple light wooden furniture. Of course you have satellite TV and there is also a wood burning stove that you can fire up. The open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the expansive living room. One can reach the terrace, with its great view of the ocean, via large glass sliding elements. As can be seen in the photos, adjoining the terrace a small garden has been laid out with a great love for detail.

The sunny and comfortable bedroom is located half a storey down and can be reached via a small set of stairs, and from there one can also step outside via a terrace door. Even from here one has a view of the coast. Directly adjoining the bedroom there is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, WC and a bidet, as well as a large washbasin.

It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the water and the bathing area and about 8 minutes by foot to the small Centro Comercial and to the restaurants.

Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
